Good plants, shipping could improve

I ordered a selection of Potted Succulents for my office. The plants themselves were healthy and vibrant when they arrived, which was a big plus. Packaging was decent, no damage to the plants themselves. However, the shipping took about 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a little long for live plants, especially with the heat. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, but it would be nice if the tracking updates were more detailed from the start. Overall, good value for the quality of the plants, I'd consider buying again for the right project.
